Notes. Email + Apple/Google OAuth only — there is no phone field anywhere in the flow, which is a stance rather than an omission. Server-side: disposable domains are blocked, signups are rate-limited per hashed IP, and verification is mandatory before any write. Consent version is captured here, at signup, not retrofitted later.
